PergoRoof: the aluminum pergola is a product with a modern and clean design. It’s sun, wind and water resistant thanks to its particular drainage system that channels the water into the self-supporting and long-lasting pillars (the average life span is 18-20 years with no maintenance needed).

The sliding aluminum pergola – PergoRoof has a steady and elegant non-oxidizable aluminum frame, resistant to salt oxidation, and a special covering fabric called OpaTex, available in many colors.

Functional Lateral Enclosures can be added to the retractable aluminum Pergola that offers better protection than any other awning, still keeping its practical motorized opening system.

Features:

The PergoRoof structure is a self standing covering system in powder coated aluminium, which can either be fixed to the wall or to the ceiling. It also has a bearing profile fitted with front legs for ground fastening, stainless steel brackets and components in powder coated aluminium.

The covering can be totally enclosed also by using Vertical Retractable Awnings. The PergoRoof is fully retractable (or simply called Retractable Pergola) and its cover is made of High Rated PVC Fabric. This way a Pergola will allow you to open and close the roof as you need. This is perfect when your customer wants a little bit of sun or fresh air.

Certifications

At LASP, we periodically test our retractable pergolas for quality and safety. All the components of LASP pergolas have passed all European safety tests, obtaining the certifications of the Experimental Institute for Building ISTEDIL, certifications of the Giordano Institute and international certifications of the American Institute of Steel Construction AISC. Our specialized engineers periodically check and verify resistance to strong wind and waterproofness to rain, increasing the safety of our pergolas

Used materials

Structure

The supporting structure of the LASP retractable pergolas is painted with epoxy paints ideal against saline corrosion and is made up of aluminum profiles in tested 6063 alloy which guarantees ductility, resistance to bending and compression and lightness.

Fabrics

The polyester or pvc acrylic fabrics used in the roof of the retractable pergolas are of the best DICKSON, SUNBRELLA, TEMPOTEST and OPATEX brands with international certifications and with the Black Out system tested to be waterproof and anti-mold, fireproof and protect from UV rays available in a wide range of colors.

Bolts

The aluminum profiles and components of LASP pergolas are assembled with the highest quality A2 stainless steel bolts and the bolt sections are calculated to withstand very high tensile loads. The retractable pergola and its components are produced entirely in the assembly lines of our production workshops and assembled with bolt kits ready at the installation site

Engines

The characteristic of the Lasp aluminum pergola is its retractable roof equipped with a motorized roof opening and closing system. The electric motors used are guaranteed SOMFY, ELERO and CHERUBINI and are CE certified for the European market, UL and CSA for the North American market.
